Shipping Policy
  • Most items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days once the order has been placed
  • Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings (after 5:00PM), weekends, and holidays will be processed and shipped within the next 1 to 3 business days
  • The default shipping method for most orders is UPS ground
  • We are unable to process orders for deliveries to PO Boxes or APO addresses
  • The delivery service may leave order packages at the door if no one is home
  • UPS tracking number will be provided via e-mail once the order has shipped



Return Policy

We want you to enjoy your experience shopping at Maxtrend USA. Please read the following Return Policy instructions carefully to ensure your satisfaction. Failure to follow these instructions can result in refusal of returned items.

Return / Exchange Policy

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days based on the invoice date
  • All returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition
  • Refunds are issued by company check
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to your account for any return
  • We are not responsible for any shipping charges for returns, except in the case of defective product or incorrect shipment
  • Refunds are issued 1 to 2 weeks after Maxtrend receives the returned merchandise

Return / Exchange Instructions

  • First, please call us at 866-272-2188 or e-mail us at sales@maxtrendusa.com to get your RMA #
  • When you have your RMA #, please enclose a copy of your invoice with your RMA # noted, and a brief note describing the reason for your return
