Shipping Policy
- Most items are shipped within 1 to 2 days once the order is placed.
- Orders placed during non-business hours such as evening (after 5:00PM), weekends and holiday will be processed and shipped on the next business day, except Monday.
- The default shipping method for most of the order is UPS ground.
- We are unable to process orders for delivery to PO Box or APO.
- The delivery service may leave package at the door if no one is home.
- UPS tracking number will be provided via e-mail once the order is shipped.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days
- All return merchandise must be in un-use or as-new condition
- A refund will be issued only to the original credit card
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to your account for any return
- We are not responsible for any shipping charge, unless it is our mistake to ship out wrong size or there is a defeat of our product
- Refund will be issued after two weeks once we receive the return merchandise
- Please enclose a brief note describe the reason why you return the merchandise and a copy of your invoice
- We recommend you to return the merchandise to us via UPS. In this way, we will be able to track your return merchandise.
